Due to supply chain delays, we can’t make guarantees on shipping times, but we’d recommend that all orders be placed by Dec 10th. Often we’re able to ship more quickly than this, but we’ve experienced delays over recent months with our shipping partners.

We are unable to offer custom paper gift notes at this time, but you can send a customized e-card to your gift recipient. The link to the ecard will appear on the order confirmation page and in the order confirmation email sent to you after your order is placed.

No, we do not pack receipts into the box and your recipient won’t be able to see what you spent on the order.

To keep things simple, we offer flat rate shipping to the US and Canada. We offer free shipping on orders over $US 45 orders typically arrive in 5-10 business days once shipped, while Canadian orders typically arrive in 3-5 business days. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee shipping times due to COVID-19 and carrier delays. We unfortunately aren't able to deliver to US PO boxes at this time.

If we got your order wrong or anything is wrong with your order, please email ferment@acidleague.com within 14 days of receiving your goods, and we'll make it right! If your product is broken, please include a photo of the broken item in the packaging.
