What if you turned the best cocktail cherries into vinegar? We start with dark cherry juice and add depth with in-house bourbon bitters bolstered by cacao nibs, fragrant cinnamon, smoky black cardamom, and rich vanilla. This vinegar looks like cough medicine, but tastes so much better.
