The definition of flavor trip. Sweet Annie is an aromatic plant sometimes used to ward off pests in gardens and to treat malaria. We prefer to grind the stalk down and brew it into a tea that serves as the base for this unique vinegar. It’s floral and herbal, sweet and bitter all at once. Sweet Annie is just plain alien, and we love it.
