These hyper-limited edition vinegars were created in collaboration with cook, writer, and artist Julia Sherman to celebrate the release of Arty Parties: An Entertaining Cookbook. Working with Sherman inspired us to embrace our inner experimental artists. For the Salad Garden vinegar, we juiced celery, lovage, dandelion, basil, borage, garlic chives, and mustard—ingredients grown in Sherman’s home garden in California—to create something truly singular, while the The Tomato Saffron vinegar captured the essence of sun-ripened tomatoes bursting off the vine.
