Ultimate Cocktail Kit

We flexed our creative muscles to create this kit, drawing from diverse flavor palates—sweet, spicy, herbaceous, fruity, sour, and everything in between—to make a limited release of acid-driven cocktail ingredients for every kind of drink (and every kind of drinker).

Freeze Pops

We took every kid’s fave summertime snack and gave it a uniquely acid-forward spin perfect for grown-up palates. All the sensory joys of the childhood ice pops you know and love—the candy colors, the refreshing chill, the slurpability factor—are here, upgraded with fancy ingredients and multilayered, mouthwatering flavors.

Koji Kit

Our team had been itching to experiment with koji—the mold-inoculated rice responsible for the fermented character of miso and soy sauce—so we got ourselves a few spores and started experimenting. The final result was the most delicious test subjects: Four all-new products, ranging from sweet to spicy, crispy to saucy.

Living Tonics

After constantly using our vinegars in drinks, we decided to design some vinegars for drinking. Our trio of flavors was imbued with functional ingredients like chaga, Manuka honey, and sea buckthorn and contained active mother culture. Each bottle offered ten one-ounce shots, ideal for diluting in water or juice to kickstart the day.

Living Pantry

In November 2021, we introduced the Living Pantry, an exclusive online collection comprising 17 reinvented pantry staples, from fish sauce to hot sauce, encouraging creativity in the kitchen with high-quality, flavorful products designed to elevate any meal. Unlike traditional condiments, our Living Pantry products were meant to be proudly displayed on tables and countertops, bringing a fresh design perspective to the category.

Diaspora Co. Collab

We partnered with Diaspora Co to introduce the limited edition Nandini Coriander Kit, featuring a unique Nandini Coriander Living Vinegar alongside jars of pure Nandini Coriander, Guntur Sannam Chillies, and Aranya Black Pepper, complemented by a Dhana Jeera-Chilli Dressing recipe. The herbal and citrus-forward vinegar, with a hint of ginger, offered a bright and punchy flavor with a subtle floral note. Grown in Gujarat, next to lemons and guavas, the Nandini Coriander added complexity to dishes with its citrusy undertones, and was perfect for summer meals or desserts.

Arty Parties Vinegars

2021

These hyper-limited edition vinegars were created in collaboration with cook, writer, and artist Julia Sherman to celebrate the release of Arty Parties: An Entertaining Cookbook. Working with Sherman inspired us to embrace our inner experimental artists. For the Salad Garden vinegar, we juiced celery, lovage, dandelion, basil, borage, garlic chives, and mustard—ingredients grown in Sherman’s home garden in California—to create something truly singular, while the The Tomato Saffron vinegar captured the essence of sun-ripened tomatoes bursting off the vine.

Between 2020 and 2021, we launched a diverse array of over 30 limited-release vinegars, showcasing our commitment to innovation and experimentation. From collaborating with bartenders to craft cocktail vinegars, fermenting sodas for our unique Soda Vinegars, to exploring umezu for our Umezu trio, each release was a testament to our creativity and dedication to pushing boundaries. It was a journey filled with excitement and discovery, and we were thrilled to share it with our community every step of the way.

We’re not here to argue about what condiments belong on your hot dogs or hamburgers, we’re just here to make sure they taste better. Plain ketchup and mustard have their place, but sometimes it’s nice to inject a dash of something new into the grill and chill ritual. Our journey into condiments began with the release of our limited edition Better BBQ and Aggressively Umami Kits, curated to challenge your taste buds' expectations and redefine what's possible.

Jams

We collaborated with Camilla Wynne, the award-winning cookbook author and one of Canada's few Master Food Preservers, on a curated collection of four exceptional jams, each designed around the unique essence of our small-batch vinegar. It was a culinary journey where tradition met innovation, as we aimed to rethink the art of preserving with modern flavor profiles.

Living Vinegars

All of our vinegars are literally alive, with living “mother” in every bottle. We were tired of only finding raw and unfiltered apple cider vinegar, so we created our own range of complex vinegar flavors to suit every culinary need and type of dish.
