Our products are available exclusively at in-store retailers. Please refer to our online Store Locator to find the retailers nearest you!

Because we offer a wide range of pantry staples in different regional grocers, our products are spread all throughout the store. Condiments can be found near the ketchups and mustards, while Shortcut Sauces are located by the marinades. Broth Concentrates are likely near the boxed broths, and Living Vinegars & Dressings are typically found near the olive oils and balsamics.

A limited selection of our products are available for purchase from online retailers, including Target (US), Thrive Market (US) and Well.ca (Canada).

All of our nutrition and ingredient information can be found on each individual product page. To access it, go to the Products tab, select your product flavor, and scroll down to the Ingredients & Nutrition list.
-
For the most part, yes. Please check the label as all our products explicitly indicate if they are vegan or vegetarian.
We label some of our dressings as 'vegetarian' because the xanthan gum they contain is derived from a non-vegan source, and some, like our Hot Honey ACV and Pink Peppercorn Honey Yuzu Dressing, also contain honey.
Our Tangy Yuzu and Spicy Serrano Mayo are not vegan as they use eggs.
-
While we follow allergen processing protocols and do not use gluten-containing ingredients, our facilities do manufacture gluten-containing products, so please consume them at your own discretion.
-
Some of our products contain coconut, soy, and/or egg. Please review each individual ingredient list to check for any potential allergens.
-
While we’re not certified organic quite yet, we actively use many organic ingredients.
Nutrition
-
Our Shortcut Sauces are multi-purpose sauces that can be simmered, stewed, or splashed onto any dish to elevate any day’s provisions. We recommend using them as a protein marinade, a finisher to your favorite rice bowl, or as the secret spice to your homemade mayo.
-
On anything! As sour enthusiasts, we urge you to use our vinegars to make your own homemade vinaigrette, add tang to a homemade berry compote, or even brighten up a rich, buttery risotto.
For more inspiration, refer to our recipe page - it’s full of creative ways to incorporate more (tasteful) sour into your life!
-
Our vinegar is unpasteurized, so it will continue to evolve over time. The floating bits are from the “living mother” forming in the vinegar. This is normal and is a natural product of fermentation.
-
Mix ‘em into chip dip, toss into a creamy pasta, marinade grilled proteins, drizzle onto a fish taco - we got plenty of ideas! Check out our recipe page for more step-by-step details and inspirational pics.
-
Mix 1 tablespoon into 1 cup of hot water for instant broth, or add a couple dashes to soups, noodles, sauces, and marinades for effortless layers of flavor.
Products

It depends on the product. Our vinegars and broth concentrates are both quite acidic and can last for up to 2 years if stored correctly. Our dressings, condiments, and Shortcut Sauces are best to consume as quickly as possible (we’re sure you won’t have trouble doing that 😉), but we still think they taste great for up to 6-8 months once opened and if stored properly in the fridge.
-
Our Vinegars and Broth Concentrates are both shelf-stable and do not need refrigeration. Once opened, all of our other products are best preserved in the fridge.

It’s best to consume our products as soon as possible, but if stored properly in the fridge, they can still taste great for up to 6-8 months once opened. The fridge helps maintain the flavor and safety of our products so that they don't go bad as quickly. That said, please consume at your own discretion.
-
Yes, it’s very normal. Just give them a little shake, and they’ll be good to go.
Storage & Shelf-Life
-
Yes! Both our glass & plastic packaging are designed to be recyclable.
Start by removing the labels from the packaging and washing each of the containers & lids with soap and water. Labels go in the trash, while glass, plastic, and lids go in the recycling.
