Blistered Shishito Peppers on Labneh

Yields 3-4 servings | Preparation time: 10-15 minutes

This easy, 6-ingredient, 15 minute side dish is so easy to whip together, yet so flavorful and visually stunning that it almost seems too good to be real. But we’re here to tell you that it is indeed real and it is indeed delicious! Pair this alongside some flaky white fish, grilled shrimp skewers, or crispy chicken thighs.


Assembly

Step 1
Mix labneh with Pink Peppercorn Honey Yuzu Dressing. Set aside.

Step 2
Heat cast-iron skillet without oil. Blister shishito peppers.

Step 3
Remove from heat. Add ‘nduja and maple syrup. Quickly toss together and transfer to heat-proof bowl.

Step 4
Spread labneh mixture onto a dish and pile peppers on top. Crush potato chips on top and enjoy!

1 cup Labneh

2 tbsp Pink Peppercorn Honey Yuzu Dressing

½ lb Shishito peppers, washed and dried

1-2 tbsp ‘Nduja

1 tbsp Maple syrup

1 handful Salted potato chips
